Effect of Heat Input on Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of CP-Ti Laser Beam Welded Joints

The TA1 welded joints with different heat inputs were obtained by a fiber laser and their microstructure, mechanical properties corrosion resistance in simulated saliva solution studied. results show that the microstructure fusion zone (FZ) is needle-like ?? martensite lath-shape martensite, of heat-affected (HAZ) zigzag ? phase. With increase input, volume fraction decrease coarsened FZ, but there almost no change HAZ. order same as FZ > HAZ base material (BM), input has more influence on FZ. binary multiple linear regression relationship between current density/charge transfer length/width was established, indicating width main factor affecting resistance.
